1. OVERVIEW

These terms and conditions apply to all purchases made through greydunes.co.uk, operated by Grey Dunes. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in full.

2. PRODUCTS

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Product images are for illustration — colours may vary slightly on screen.

3. PRICING

All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable. We reserve the right to change prices at any time. Your order will be charged at the price shown at the time of purchase.

4. ORDERS

An order confirmation email does not constitute acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to cancel any order at our discretion, with a full refund if payment has been taken.

5. SHIPPING

UK orders are dispatched within 1–2 business days via Royal Mail Tracked 48. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery.

6. RETURNS

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery on unworn items in original condition with tags attached. To initiate a return, email contact@greydunes.co.uk with your order number. Return postage is the customer's responsibility unless the item is faulty.

7. FAULTY ITEMS

If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us within 14 days at hello@greydunes.co.uk. We will arrange a free return and replacement or full refund.

8. GOVERNING LAW

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.

Grey Dunes was built on the idea that links golf deserves
better kit. Not louder. Not busier. Better.

There's something about a links course that strips everything
back — the wind, the grey sky, the exposed turf. No trees to hide behind. No
